Greenergy Positively Respond to the Cooperation in Third Party Markets

PARIS,June 30,2015 –Chinese Premier Li Keqiang called for cooperation between China and France in developing international capacity and in exploring third-party markets.

Greenergy positively respond to Premier Li ’s appeal, since the principle of Greenergy is consistent of future sino-German economy cooperation trend  . Greenergy would productively import the German high technology into China and support them to merge with China market.

Li suggested that the two global heavyweights jointly explore third-party markets so as to open new space for bilateral practical cooperation and help foster a sustainable global economic recovery.

“We are ready in mutual exploring sino-French third party cooperation with African countries and Latin American countries that Premier Li personally promote, meanwhile, both countries will provide advanced product service to third party markets, which will drive the development of our local enterprise. Such kind of appeal and blueprint have a very positive significance. ”French President Francois Hollande said.

During Premier Li Keqiang ’s visit in Latin American countries , he established an “international capacity cooperation”bridge between Latin American countries and China. One month later,Premier Li made up the “puzzle” of“developed country”for international capacity in France, which outlines a “mutual benefit and three win”cooperation prospect.

Premier Li said “At present, most developing countries are at the stage of primary industrialization, but China has entered into the middle stage of industrialization. The production lines and equipments of China industrialization are at the middle level ， however, the industrialization of France and other developed countries are at the high level. ”

“If China and France mutually develop third party markets, which means we supply China ’s middle-level equipments combined with French hi-tech and core equipments to developing countries, it can improve equipment level and keep high performance price ratio, which is easily to be acceptable by developing countries. Meanwhile, it is not only adaptive to industrialization demand of developing countries , but also advantageous to exporting and employment, it is more favorable to upgrade the economic level for China, such a developing country.”

In fact, in the long term, it will expand great range of global strength and help foster a sustainable global economic recovery by combining international capacity and third party cooperation between developed countries and developing countries. Moreover, in regards of climate change, environmental protection etc, thrid party cooperation can help developing countries upgrade the low efficient and high blowoff industry, more important , which can urge China to upgrade their energy conservation and emission reduction industry.

Premier Li summarized : “It’s an important meansure to cope with global climate change and a powerful activity to enhance the global economic recovery ”

France and China has carried on the third party cooperation in the third country ( eg. in U.K.). We are willing to expand our cooperating project in more third party countries. French prime minister Waals said “our agreement has historical significance.”

The proposal, the joint cooperation with third parties, creates more opportunities for worldwide cooperations. China and Germany have been cooperated very well for a long time.
